Young athletes will work together to help build their muscle and cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and strength with this game full of different drills. One player on each team will roll their die and move their miniature medicine ball bean bag around the large mat game board. Then, the team will complete the activity they land on. With three levels of difficulty, this game can be used a multitude of times, helping boost your students' self-esteem and physical abilities.

The game covers all four-fitness components – flexibility, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, muscle strength and muscle endurance. Offering three levels of repetitions for the drills, the game can be used multiple times and inspire individuals to challenge themselves. Players roll the dice and move their miniature medicine ball bean bag around the mat. The player returns to their team and they all complete the activity their medicine ball landed on. When they complete the activity, another player from the team moves to the mat and rolls again!
